Four-bedroom 17th-century farmhouse and stable carefully restored, offering all the modern conveniences you would expect of a luxury property. Surrounded by beautiful countryside views, the common areas offer great spaces for gathering as a group or finding a quiet moment of solitude. The large open courtyard offers an exceptional space for dining alfresco with both the grill and wood-burning pizza oven conveniently positioned. This incredible setting includes a covered terrace, private swimming pool, beautifully landscaped gardens with an herb and vegetable garden.
Welcome Dinner with Fondo Chefs
Antonella and Piero are a local couple who will prepare authentic Umbrian dinners at the villa. They work as a team and have been preparing, cooking and serving meals at the villa for 8+ years. While Piero is working the grill or pizza oven, Antonella is busy preparing the table, plates, etc. We have developed together a set of popular menus the guests can choose from, as well as making minor substitutions, all adhering to any food restrictions. Often guests choose to have the chefs return during the week for a repeat experience instead of dining out.
Cooking Lesson at the Villa
Umbria Cooks 4 U. Noni and Tita promise to provide you with an enriching experience into the back roads and culinary delights of Umbria. Cooking classes are hands-on and include information on theory, history and how-to, with recipes to take home. A wonderful morning lesson for late lunch or afternoon for dinner. 4-5 courses of Umbrian delights that you won’t want to miss in the luxury of your own villa.
Fratelli Pardi Linen Factory and Winery Visit with Lunch for 8, Montefalco, Italy
August Pardi is your guide to the traditional patterns of Tessitura di Montefalco. Followed by a visit to the shop in Montefalco and then a tour and tasting lunch at the family-owned Cantina. Family-owned for three generations, this is a true taste of old-country winemaking and hospitality.
Palazzone Wine Tour and Tasting Lunch for 8
Palazzone fundamentally adheres to the traditions of winemaking in the Orvieto region. They use modern technology to enhance those traditions and are passionate about turning great grapes into great wine. Winemaker Giovanni will walk you through the fields, cantina and pour the wine for tasting. He has a great story and the setting is spectacular.
